About Us
Our organization is committed to keeping pets safe, happy, and healthy whether in the shelter or in community homes. We follow best practices for care of cats and dogs in the shelter, follow non-discriminatory adoption practices, and work with regional and national shelters/rescues/transport organizations to transfer pets in from overcrowded, over impacted, and disaster effected areas.
We also provide several services to support low-income pet families to help keep pets in their homes including a Pet Food Pantry, Low-Cost Spay/Neuter clinic, Low-Cost Wellness clinic, temporary emergency boarding and foster placement, and a Grey Muzzle Emergency Medical Fund for senior pets.
