About Us
The Care Center Animal Blood Bank is a non-profit veterinary blood bank located at Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio – a 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital. Our canine donors are volunteers between the ages of 1-9, at least 50lbs, and can donate 1 pint of blood every 3 months which may save up to 4 other dogs’ lives! Our current canine donor pool is over 300 dogs, based in the Cincinnati and Dayton area. The blood donated from these life savers is then sent to local veterinary hospitals as well as veterinary hospitals all over the United States. These donors are superheroes, and we like to reward them with what they love best...treats and toys!Find Us
