About Us
We are a foster-based 501c3 nonprofit organized in North Carolina. We are mainly focused in Moore and Cumberland County. We aim to give refuge in forms of foster family homes to dogs primarily from rural "kill-shelters" until they are adopted to a best-fit family, as well as, helping owners learn safer and better ways to care and love for their pets.
