About Us
PAW Team keeps pets out of shelters and with the people that love them by providing free veterinary care and pet supplies to individuals experiencing houselessness or extreme poverty in Portland, Oregon. This grassroots, volunteer-powered nonprofit that serves over 1,200 families per year, aiding individuals living on the streets, in transitional shelters or government housing, as well as those facing temporary financial hardship that restricts their access to medical care for their pets. PAW Team provides wellness & preventative care as well as ongoing support for pets with chronic conditions, all thanks to a network of volunteer veterinarians. PAW Team's Pet Supply Bank is open three days per week, welcoming over 700 families per month in need of supplementary food and other essentials. The Supply Bank relies on donations from individuals and businesses to support our community.Find Us
