About Us
Scratching Post Cat Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes of companion cat rescue, care and placement of cats that are homeless and at risk of euthanasia. We try to help as many strays as possible in Miami County. We provide foster care, exceptional vet care and find loving homes to place them in. Central to this undertaking is the support of our foster home network. Every kitten/cat taken in will go through a withholding period where they will be de-wormed, vaccinated and spayed/neutered before they can be put up for adoption.
