About Us
Founded in 2001, Second Chance Pet Adoptions is a non-profit 501(c)(3) No-Kill animal rescue dedicated to the memory of all animals who were caged, hunted, beaten, tortured, starved, chained, exploited, abandoned or simply ignored. Our mission is to find a permanent, loving home for each cat and kitten in our care, and to reduce the overpopulation of cats in the community, through an aggressive trap-neuter-return program. Second Chance Pet Adoptions educates the public as to the proper care and needs of their pets, provides information on existing animal cruelty and abandonment laws, and informs the public of the importance of spaying and neutering their pets.
