About Us
Whiskers In Need (WIN) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of cats in need of shelter care or awaiting adoption. At present, WIN is focusing its limited resources on supporting adoptable cats from Adams County Pet Rescue (ACPR, our shelter partner) at the Lynnwood PetSmart's adoption room, cats and kittens in foster care within its volunteer network, as well as cats at the ACPR shelter. As funds allow, WIN tries to assist other cats and/or organizations.Find Us
