Very difficult RX process.

Kentucky based pharmacy staff requires written RX sent to them and then they verify with my Vet. My vet sent me a copy of written RX by email and Chewy would not

My vet sent me a copy of written RX by email and Chewy would not accept this email to satisfy the State’s requirement. That’s ridiculous. Maybe move to another state. Won’t be using Chewy for prescriptions in the future unless policy changes.

Shipped very fast.

The customer service was amazing I was having issues with my vet sending in the approval. It was getting close to the time I needed to give my dog his medicine
