Welcome to Chewy Vet Care! Chewy Vet Care is operated by Chewy, Inc. and/or certain of its affiliates (“Chewy”). Chewy provides the non-clinical services of the Chewy Vet Care platform (collectively, with its respective websites, mobile applications, and other features (“Chewy Vet Care”) and helps the entities that provide the veterinary clinical aspects of Chewy Vet Care, some of which are Chewy, Inc. affiliates and some of which are independently owned (the “Chewy Vet Care Practices”). The services provided by Chewy Vet Care and the Chewy Vet Care Practices are collectively referred to as the “Chewy Vet Care Services”.  For details about the operators of the Chewy Vet Care Practices providing the veterinary clinical services in your jurisdiction, please review Chewy Vet Care Practices below. 

These Chewy Vet Care terms and conditions supplement the terms and conditions set forth in the Chewy Terms of Use (including the arbitration agreement and dispute resolution proceedings) and Chewy Privacy Policy. Before using Chewy Vet Care Services please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, these Chewy Vet Care Terms and Conditions, Chewy Vet Care frequently asked questions, the Informed Consent and Financial Responsibility Acknowledgement, and all other applicable rules, policies, and terms provided (including any treatment-specific document) on the Chewy Vet Care website or in your Chewy Vet Care Practice (collectively, the “Terms”). By registering for Chewy Vet Care through your Chewy account or using Chewy Vet Care Services you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use Chewy Vet Care Services.  

CHEWY VET CARE OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS 

Chewy Vet Care does not provide 24-hour emergency care. If your pet requires care outside of our business hours, please call 1-877-DR-CHEWY (1-877-372-4939) or contact an emergency veterinary facility near you for any life-threatening emergencies. 

MODIFICATIONS 

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Chewy Vet Care Services, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may limit features or your access to the Site at any time without notice including ending your Chewy Account. You agree that we are not liable for any consequences of these actions.  

CHEWY VET CARE REGISTRATION 

You will need a Chewy Account to use the Chewy Vet Care Services. To ensure full access to Chewy Vet Care Services, it is important that you keep your Chewy Account information accurate and current. 

PRODUCTS, SERVICES & PRICING 

Chewy may offer products and services, including its own and those from third parties, through Chewy Vet Care. Some items might only be sold online or in limited amounts. Chewy has the right to refuse to sell to you or in any geographic region or jurisdiction, especially if there is suspicion of fraud or illegal activities. Prices and details of products and services offered on or through Chewy Vet Care or the Site are subject to change without notice. Each Chewy Vet Care Practice sets its own prices. 

CHEWY VET CARE PRACTICES 

The veterinary clinical services from Chewy Vet Care are provided directly by the Chewy Vet Care Practice you visit.  Chewy, Inc. is not responsible for any actions or failures to act with respect to the veterinary clinical services.  The current Chewy Vet Care Practices include:

• Texas: Chewy Vet Care, PLLC
